PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Once your order is prepared, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We currently ship wthin the U.S. using carbon-offsetting groud shipping whenever possible. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless stated otherwise.

PACKING

Your order is thoughtfully packed using minimal, recyclable, and compostable materials because less is always in season.

DELAYS OR ISSUES

We're a small-batch brand, and while we do our best to keep things moving smoothly, occasional delays may happen. If your order appears to be unusually delayed, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at helloitsripe@gmail.com, and we'll take care of you.
